WIP Beta released Satsuma 210 '58 5.01

For some reason the tires, van and other models show up with missing textures, parts and other errors, could someone help?
And yes, I did clear cache, twice. Also I have over 200 other mods installed. Could someone help? Thanks.

Nevermind, I think it was just a older version of the mod.

 

I love the working odometer its little features like that that makes me happy

 

random thought i know this might sound crazy but any way possible that the LWB wagon, panel van etc,, can get 4x4 parts like axles, a lift, tires, 4x4 conversion, stuff like that... thanks

Woah, Haven't seen you around in a while. Is that a custom AfterFX setting you're using?

 

I'm planning to add the 4x4 version with raised suspension, offroad tires and 2-speed transfer case when the pickup and convertible bodies are done.

Thanks. The stiff truck rear suspension with limited-slip diff sure is great for drifting.

I think the pickup will be the best car

 

Some progress on the pickup. There will be a long bed, LWB export version (shown here) and a short bed, short wheelbase JDM truck, which of course will be RHD. The bed and cab are jbeamed and need only couple of textures done and some deformation tweaks. I need to make the RHD parts and some small parts for the cab too. The rear of the old LWB frame proved to be pretty sloppy, so I decided to make the whole frame a lot stiffer. I reduced the amount of nodes and the remaining nodes are somewhat heavier and this allowed increasing the "beamSpring". The frame flexbody also deforms much better now. The new stiffer frame seems to reduce the front wheel wobble too.

 

What are the plans after this?

When the pickup can be used because it looks perfect

 

It takes at least a week or so to get it properly ready. I rushed the van update and I had to release the hotfix few days later to fix the stupid bugs.

I got the JDM short pickup done last night, but I haven't even started to make the RHD parts yet, It's easy job to mirror and move the meshes around, though.

Here is my Satsuma and the '58 Datsun LG220.
