It's from the input lag and this has been driving me mad for at least 3 years now. BeamNG is more CPU intensive than most games and not optimized to its fullest capability, so the force feedback is always a little delayed, causing the wheel to sway left and right. My advice is turn down your settings and upgrade your hardware if possible. Also, increasing the deadzone might help too, or simply disabling FFB at low speeds.

That's below the minimum requirements for BeamNG.drive, it's not reasonable to ask for even a minimum experience like that.
It's recommended to go closer to 60FPS for a better FFB response. If you can manage that, you should easily feel the difference.

Also make sure the input mapping is set to direct, with no filtering. Get your fps up, turn off Vsync (cause a huge input lag for me regardless of framerate), and check that the FFB isn't inverted, or set too high.

I have an I3 and a 2GB GPU and I still have problems with input lag. My solution is to just play with the keyboard as I still get a smooth framerate and plenty of fun. Playing BeamNG with my wheel often ends up being frustrating as I can't do a damn thing with it other than just puttering around even on minimum settings.
