Thought I might as well make my own thread for skins, instead of putting them all in the skin thread. First skin: Ibishi covet ATA skin. Just a fictional racecar livery, with random logos and what not, tried putting logos on the side that wouldn't mirror awkwardly with the text, hence the ATA, OMO UTI logo, etc. Bruckell Moonhawk KellStone Race skin. Another race skin, what took the most time here was doodling up all the logos to put on it, think it turned out pretty decent though. Also works for the sport version Drowsysam made: Fiiiiiilez:
Re: Glenni's paintshop - Various car Skins Decided to work on the 1949 Cadillac for today. I spent some hours googling for 1940s, and 1950s American racecars, most of them being stock cars (NASCAR and stuff, I guess) of the era. All of the logos are just fictional ones i thought up for the skin. Stuff changed: paintjob_d - Gave it a blue colour, designed some stripes, hornet's end, and put various text and logos on it.. Interior_d - changed the roof colour for now, might change some more there. wheel_d - Changed the wheel to a red and white pattern, just spotted it on some of these vintage racers, and thought it would fit. It was much easier to skin this one, as well.. for one, i can texture both sides, without getting silly mirroring, so that gives me MUCH more opportunities, thanks Mythbuster! Will be posted here once permissions and stuff is in order ( ain't gunna release without. )

Doodled a bit with the grand marshal, and i got this. I'll probably post a download link later today, or tommorow. Still some things i wanna add first.

Re: Glenni's paintshop - Various car Skins That's just how the Cadillac was UV'd. It still mirrors in the default game cars.
Yeah, You can UV your car any way you want, but gabester wrapped his with only one side, most likely to save filespace, no quells on that, good reason. But it kinda makes it harder to create liveries for them, luckily I came up with a few mirroring logos, and words, for the race cars.
Had a look a the Covet MRi by Dkutch today. Figured i'd have a look at how the Maranossi racing skin looks on it. There's some obvious things I'll need to fix, like paint on the bumpers, on the strip across the door, etc. But other than that, it turned out to work pretty well.
