So I have been doing some shopping for a new Gaming PC. I have one priced out on CyberPowerPC, but I just went to Best Buy, and found this:
    IMG_3254.jpg IMG_3255.jpg
I am confident that the i7-7700 processor and 16GB of memory will be great to run this game and others (like Automation, ETS2 and ATS, City Car Driving, Forza maybe?) very very well.

But I have a huge question. Do I hold off for something with a Ryzen 7 processor and 6 GB of graphics card? Or should I go for this, which would be more convenient to to just go pick up?

You should compare prices since both would be great for gaming and see which one meets your gaming needs or else the best choice would be to build your own PC

Here is a build for you https://pcpartpicker.com/list/mFz4VY
If you cant find a rx 580 for a reosanable price, get a gtx 1060
If you have extra money get a gtx 1070
choose case and motherboard size according to your preferences

For a GPU, I have no clue because all the AMD RX cards are non existent at this point. Maybe you should wait and buy a used RX 480 when all the miners sell their cards when Ethereum mining will force to die when it switches to PoS. If you're impatient, just stick with the run of the mill GTX 1060 3GB or 6GB.

I'm most likely buying one tonight, and I would rather buy a built one instead of build my own. So, here's what I have.

How's this? Is the motherboard OK? Will a 6GB GTX 1060 be good? How about CPU cooling, do I need to worry about that?

Oh my god, that is horridly expensive. I could build that for 700-800 bucks myself. Please don't get prebuilts. At that price, you could have a gtx 1070 build.

But sure. Go ahead and buy it if you want.

Well, that's the thing is that I can't build one. I can't, no one in my family can, we don't think we know anyone who can.

It's rather easy. I was really afraid to put apart my PC but it's really nothing besides putting screws in and plugging in plugs.

The biggest tip I can give you is always wear your electrostatic wristbands. You can screw up your computer like that. Or atleast if you don't have them, wear non wool stuff. Don't move around too much to build up a static charge and fuck your pc up. It's not fun with a fried motherboard.

Or you could just be a man and not bother. I built my PC on carpet with socks on, and have worked on countless others the same way without issues.

Meh, I do the same when i'm lazy. But sometimes i'd rather not take that risk with a fried motherboard. I sure do like the smell of burning PSU.

It's prebuilt though, would that matter?

Building a PC is easy af, I know a 12 year old who did it! All you need is to watch a few YouTube videos of how to put it together, and ask the community for part picking. Trust me, it could save you hundreds in this scenario, or get more powerful parts for the same price. As well as being able to easily upgrade down the road.

That build only has a 80+ psu, at least get an 80+ bronze rated one. An EVGA 80+ bronze 500 watt psu costs 30 bucks.

Well, I know you guys say I should build one, however circumstances called for the easier bought PC, so I got the AMD Ryzen thing. Please I beg of you guys don't hate on me about how I asked for advice and didn't take it all the way, but this was a better option for me. Don't have to build, in budget, and has everything I want. I just can't build on right now. I think I will be really happy with it :D

Don't bother buying a graphics card right now, prices are inflated and availability is scarce due to the bitcoin mining craze starting up again. Not worth it at this time of year.
