In the cryengine and 0.3 builds of the game the truck was red.. The color can easily be reproduced in the newer versions tho .. it´s not like it´s a special "thing"

They've changed how the reflections on cars work since then, so you won't be able to replicate it exactly. Just mess around with colors and alpha values until you get it close enough
