    Can you model?
    If yes, then use forum search and check wiki on info for beamng modelling, plenty out there.
    If no, go away, learn how to model, then come back. Cars and game mods are a poor introduction to modelling.
    (I should totally make a flowchart for this)

    Making a car is a TON of work, you don't just whip one up in 15 minutes. If you don't want to make a car, just go look here on the forums for car mods. Or try it your self and maybe start learning Blender.
