Probably not. Try the tech demo (or full game if you own it) on the computer and see if it runs it. If it can, it will give you a notification for you using Intel graphics Just click on it and hit the button that says that you acknowledged it.

I have an i3 6100 @3.7 GHz, and it runs 7 cars. Your's isn't as powerful, so I'd say maybe 2 cars on low settings 720p.

Doesn't matter, cars aren't run on the gpu. An i3 6100 on integrated will run 7 cars, and an i3 6100 on a 1080 to will run 7 cars, the only difference is resolution and visual quality.

If you knew that BeamNG uses quite alot of your Graphics card. A good GPU makes a huge difference in comparison to an intgrated or an older gpu

Even BeamNG says that using dedicated is better than integrated.

I'm talking about the maximum number of cars the CPU can run, a GPU has no influence on that. Yes, a better GPU will give you better fps especially on higher frame rates and graphical settings, but it has no impact on the amount of cars run.
