I finally got around to putting a faster HDD into my main laptop and reinstalling Windows. Now all i need to do is transfer all of my stuff over, which might be a pain because i cant just put the old hdd in my laptop alongside the new one. Hopefully my other laptop can boot from the drive without serious issue. ALSO, am i the only one who uses 8.1 still? it seems like everyone who hates 10 goes "LEL its not 7 go away!" and everyone who uses 10 goes "Durrrrrrrr upgrade already, its crap."
OK... I've been waiting for a good open world game with realistic emergency services, and UbiSoft announces that they planned to do that for Watch Dogs 2. I don't really like that game, but I decided to wait and see how it would turn out. Not to my surprise, it was unrealistic trash. You have to use their terrible new "cool" emergency vehicles (the fake graffiti ones, not the legit ones in game) , there are only missions, not side missions. You have to play as SFPD (OPD isn't an option) and there is no realism whatsoever. I seriously shouldn't have even though it would be any good...
I got pulled over the other night. 55 in a 35 at 3am, driving someone else's car. I don't want to get too much into the technicalities, but I had to get a replacement copy of my license, and they screwed it up at the dmv and basically issued me a license that entails all of the restrictions of a newly licensed 16 year old. I've graduated from all of the restrictions becuase I've been licensed for over a year, but I can't prove it because my license says restricted on it and says it was issued just a few days ago. I was going 20 over in someone else's car, with double the amount of passengers that a restricted license allows, wayyyyyyy past the driving "curfew" for the restricted license, and just to top it off; had no proof of insurance. That cop could have written enough citations right then and there to suspend my license twice, maybe three times over. But he didn't. He let me off with a written warning for the speeding. What a guy.
