This is getting pretty stupid. I'm all for not beating up people who constantly bump old threads for real reasons, but try to make your reply relevant. Have something to contribute. You (not just you, but a collective of users which seem to possess no sense in the matter) disorganize an entire forum to effectively say "totally" in response to a reply made months (or even years) ago to a thread which had a creator once, who is either working on greater things or has left the modding scene entirely. As much as I too would like to see it happen, it probably won't. And replying "totally" (make an argument that the other five words aren't just a waste of space to pad out a one-word reply hardly worthy of a text message) does nothing to make it any more of a reality. I'd hate to see this community have to hard-lock old threads, but it is becoming impossible to find new and relevant material amidst the old and incompatible threads that get dredged up so yet another person can gripe that it doesn't function or exist as they would like it to, despite nobody having been listening or talking about it for months (or again now, even years). Old, unmaintained mods will age badly when they are made for a game that is in alpha because features are constantly being added and changed. A simple re-naming of a single value can break a plethora of old mods, and if nobody is going to fix it, you have to accept that they will die. It's just reality. Be grateful it works at all, and work on figuring out how to make your own simple, rectangular track if you are so interested. I know I would, if I wasn't so damn busy with my courses. I'd love to figure out how to make a 1:1 replica of DrowsySam's Bora in the updated engine, but I simply do not have the time. You don't see me bumping the thread to talk about it - I just accept that it is not something that the content creator is interested in (or working on) anymore, and move on. I hope this wasn't too dickish, but when I get notified that an old thread thread has been replied to and click the notification, I would like to for once see something relevant and interesting. Not just "Yeah, me too." or "I really wish the person who is now a developer of the game (which is still in the process of being made) would quit being a dick and finish this mod."
runs supriseinly well on a macbook pro specs 8gb ram 1300mhz 1 gb vram 800 gb hdd intel core i7 2675QM 2.20 ghz
You know why this is happening? It is because the threads are shown based on which one has the most recent post. So if one person bumps a thread, then many more will, since the thread pops up in the first page once more. Not because the thread is new or not. Not a good system, honestly.
i am really hoping for ai eventually, whats the fun in racing crashes without 4 or 5 or 42 other cars
Hello, this looks like a great map so I decided to get it. When I load it, it just says fatal vehicle exception please reload. Just wondering what it was I'm guessing it is outdated. Thanks! Edit: My game files were a little bit out of sorts but after I fixed it this map started working and I must say it is so awesome and performance wise this map bearly uses all of my GTX 1060! Awesome stuff!
That's because the map is from 2013. It's outdated and not supported anymore even if it says 'Released' in the title.
make it so I don't have to copy paste it, you know, the button, put it on this track or I won't download this until you put the button on
