I'm not very good with computer hardware, even though I upgraded my computer a few times with new stuff.
My computer doesn't really handle some levels/maps very well, (ex: altitude and beam mountains.) Here is a picture of my performance:

Everything is checked for me (I guess I'm at minimum?), but what should I upgrade so I can handle more vehicles and bigger and more fps heavy maps? Thanks

Your graphics processor is integrated into your cpu and your cpu is pretty old. You basicalliy need a new Cpu Ram Gpu and Motherboard. Tell me how much you want to spend on it.

well for something which could play almost every game at high settings I would say get
    Ryzen 1600 (210 dollars)
Corsair LPX 3000mhz (or 3200mhz version they are the same thing) Ram 2 x 8gb (127 dollars)
used GTX 980Tİ (370-430 dollars) or a GTX 1070 Or a 1080 depending on your budget.
Msi B350M Gaming Pro (80 dollars)
Crucial MX300 275GB Or Samsung Evo 250GB (SSD is optional but you probably have an old slow hdd so worth changing) (100 dollars)
    Total 880-940 USD
Tell me if this is too much for you so I can build a much cheaper one for you.

    or get a ryzen 1400 instead of a 1600

Yeah, definitely. You might need to turn settings down a bit for maps like JRI, but most maps should run ~45fps on max settings or ~60fps on medium settings.
