I am not a computer expert or anything so feel free to correct me if I am wrong but I believe that the GFXPCD3D9Device is part of the Torque3D Engine which allows the GFX to handle non-default adapters. If you can try switching off the Intel HD4000 as the GeForce GT 730M should be enough to let you play. I would also make sure that all of your drivers are up to date. More detailed specs would be helpful. I apologize if I am completely wrong but I hope you find a fix.

You could have just looked at his screenshot and seen it was windows 8.....

    OP:
Error suggests its having problems with which graphics device it should be using (as you have 2). Sorry, I can't remember what you need to change, but there is a way of fixing it detailed on the forum somewhere

    "Non-default" wrong

GFXPCD3D9Device is actually the Direct3D 9 Torque3D handler. Handling anything D3D. This is saying that D3D9 cannot create the device meaning it is unsupported/outdated or has bad drivers [that was this case] or has not enough memory.

I still wonder why no devs replied here, probably because it was already solved
