What happened to the Bolide?

Nobody uses it anymore and nobody makes mods for it either. It's such a great car but it's just been forgotten. It handles amazingly well when you put big beefy tires on there, it has no assists and it's rather quick.



Don't forget about the bolide and give it a try.

I'm 100% sure people will start using this legend again when the devs release Italy.

 

I don't think that the bolide has been forgotten, although it is one of the older cars in the game and notoriously hard to handle, so maybe that's one of the reasons it doesn't get used too much? And also, if you look at the BeamNG giants on YouTube like YBR, he uses the bolide all the time.

 

Well I guess so. I just was bored and decided to use the bolide and I fell in love with it. As long as you use throttle control and don't do stupid things with it, it's a real pleasure to drive.

Oh totally. I'd love to take it around italy when it's done.

 

Yeah, I suppose I'm not really the guy to talk to about the sportier cars in Beam cuz my three go to cars will be the roamer, LeGran, and Grand Marshall Luxe...

 

I use a custom config for the bolide I put together awhile ago as my default car. It is my favorite car in the game at this point, since it handles so nicely in my opinion compared to many of the other cars.

 

Bolide is one of my favorite cars in game..
I don't see why you think that it is forgotten about only because ppl don't post pictures about it.

 

People tend to not release mods for it or take pictures or talk about it anymore. That's why

 

I guess it could be said, its so good as is that it doesn't need any additional work or publicity

A bit late to the party, but reason we don't see many mods, and so, pictures or anything about it is that its a sport car. That can't really be modified into a Ute, a Sedan, a Wagon and surely not into some offroad version. It would be the exact same problem if devs were adding racing cars, hence why they aren't.

But I do like the car, its unique and needs some skills to control it, (even more with a keyboard..)

 

I still remember the Bolide, but I don't give it enough attention.

Maybe I should spawn up a Bolide next time I run Beam.

I did made a "Banana" Skin for the Bolide.

That's one of the reason why I love the Bolide, and the Bolide doesn't really sit at the bottom of my, Most Often Used Vehicles List.
