Since you can barely see the back in this photo, it made me think of a raptor front with like a van back, and that, in my opinion, would look good. I know you are too busy to create this monster currently.
In world finals 18 randy brown did a somersault pretty much, and the halo did seem to break judging by the way the body was moving afterwards
I think that's what happened. The halo obviously didn't break off, but was damaged --- Post updated --- If it's as strong as the rest of the chassis you can't do somersaults
To achieve that, the whole structure is almost undeformable, except these weaker beams that can bend/compress and become permanently deformed.
Did some quick research and found that the candy apple maxd, gold, and yellow ones were run on a CRD, I think also a regular one too. TheMoreYouKnow
These are the ones coming on CRD 2.0. We could simulate the "old" CRD by simply reinstating the front bowtie. Do I really want to go these lengths? Nope. --- Post updated --- This is how MaxD (orange here) looked on the beta CRD 2.0. Cab had to be lowered significantly to host this body.
