    I want to know how to make a car fall from the sky without f11 because I have a macbook even if I press fn and f11 it does not work and how do I make more cars spawn

    Are you in fullscreen mode? You can't open the world editor if you are not in windowed mode. If fn + f11 doesn't work, what does f11 by it's self for you?

    I'm pretty sure you have to press alt + f11 or something close to that

    1. Step : Press CTRL+C and move the free camera to the place you want to spawn the car.
    2. Step : Press CTRL+C and then F7.
