There doesn't have to be blood or anything graphic, but it would be interesting to see what happens to the driver in various types of crashes, when the camera is not in the drivers seat like in the truck simulators.
i think a ragdoll, at least a stig, wouldn't exactly count with an M rating. Hell, in the US already having vehicular destruction would get you a PG13. But like i said, IMO devs should worry more about the game and less about the ratings. Having kids legally able to play the game doesn't make it any better than not.
Well, it's not true that the steering wheel and gear lever, the throttle, the brake, the clutch pedal, do not deform after the impact.
