The T-series should have a whistler turbo sound ex: Deuce and a half whistler turbo

I have been playing with the new sonunds jbeam and its not difficult at all to make different engine notes, actually it's pretty easy!

The only thing i can't find is the “noisy” idle RPM to modify it

The new sounds are freaking awesome. But imo the hopper has that rumble that would better suit the sunburst. :D

You mean old one, singular? The Covet was the only car with unique sounds. Everything else shared the original sound that the D-Series had when the game was released. Pretty sure the Burnside got the typical 0.10.0 V8 sound and did not keep the old D-Series sound. And as mentioned pretty much everywhere, this was just the groundwork, a lot of things are placeholders and will be expanded on.

    That or an N14 Cummins.

If we could get that "woosh" when you let off the throttle that would be awesome.

My word about the audio is that it seems that you didn't have opportunity to record sounds from the outside of the car, since it feels like they've recorded in a garage or inside the car with window open. Great to have specific sounds now for each car thou, but you could work more with the frequencies. Some sounds tend to have really loud middle-range hum, and lack or ''punch'' in them. This can be adjusted by tweaking the frequency values to give them more clarity and power on the outside of the car.

The new sound system is much better than the old one, so my thanks goes out to the dev team for the work they put into it.

As far as specific areas of improvement go, I think that many of the new engine sounds suffer from being too muffled when outside the car, especially near the exhausts where there should be noticeable high notes in the revving sounds. I made a video comparing revving the Ibishu 200BX to the Nissan 240SX SE in Forza Horizon 3, from different camera angles.

In the video (ignoring the higher rev limits of the FH3 car) you can hear that the FH3 240SX has a prominent exhaust note when the camera is behind the car, but when the camera is at the front of the car you can only hear the sounds of the engine itself. In comparison, the WIP sound system for BeamNG.drive appears to use roughly the same sound for the front and back of the 200BX. Both cars have an unmodified inline-4 for their engine with all stock parts.

I can make a second video comparing the engine and exhaust sounds when accelerating, but this quickly illustrates the major areas of improvement for BeamNG.drive's engine and exhaust sounds.

I'd have to agree with you on this. I would absolutely love to hear the SBR4's evil-sounding engine note at an even louder pitch, and the Covet's engine note sound quite muffled for a little hatchback. And that's what's also been bothering me about the sounds, as well; they should be louder from the back where the exhaust is, but they're louder at the front, instead, which somewhat reduces the immersion.

The only slight issue I have is that the boomi-ness of the engines at low revs can be increased in volume inside, and sometimes at high revs you should hear the engine a bit better, and the interior filter should adjust based on the car, like a Covet will have a weak sound proofing compared to a Grand Marshal
Also now with directional sounds can we hear things now from the engine bay, like the radiator fan coming on and only hear the indicators clicking from inside and etc.

I find I'm avoid crashes a lot more than I used to due to the very loud and harsh crash sound. I understand it is a temporary sound, but it would be nice if it was quieter.

Really don't have many complaints about the sound themselves, the T series is weird but its all work in progress.

The main problem is the sound quality itself, the audio range is really low leading to all the sounds being muffled.

I think it well be a better idea to keep the pre-v0.10 engine sound only for Gavril 4.5L V8s, it sounded better than the new one

Sounds from the car's interior are great, no complaints there.
From behind the car sounds are a tad bit too muffled for me, but I'd assume that's normal considering the default orbit camera angle.
The old tire sounds I feel were better, these new ones make a tire struggling for grip sound like spinning out at 40 km/h.
