Ambulance lights - fatal vehicle exception

So a while ago I downloaded the mod which made the emergency lights brighter on all the stock vehicles. It worked well for a long time, but upon the 0.9 update the mod no longer worked and I had to uninstall it. All the stock emergency lights worked just fine, but when I turned on the ambulance box's lights it causes a 'fatal vehicle exception'. The box lights turn on but the vehicle stops working. I've cleared the cache and verified integrity of all the files so I don't know what's causing it , can someone please help me?

 

I checked and it does work. Does that mean I have to go through and see which mod is causing it?
