UI Apps Dont work (no Tacho) Help

    Hi can some please help me, My UI Apps don't work basically none of them only a few text based apps work,

    As you can see my taco does not show at all neither do most of the apps luckily the AI App works
    but not knowing your speed, RPM and gear you in, really isn't that much fun. never has work on this pc, I have tried a clean reinstall, I also installing on a different hdd, also tried lowest graphic setting then highest graphic settings, have no mods installed, check intergity of install files, cleared cache, tired safe mode, all with no luck,

    Windows 10 Home
    intel core I5 -4690 cpu @ 3.5GHz (x2)
    Ram 16.0GB
    V Ram 8.0GB
    64x Os
    GTX 970 (X2) SLI Bridged
    Screens (x2)

    MY Graphic card drives are up to date have the latest version of BeamNG (doesn't matter what version never worked on this pc on any version of the game) installed on my old laptop recentley can barely run game but the ui apps work fine. the game run beautiful on this PC but no ui,

    ok i do have bitdefender total securiy 2016
    I went to add it as a trusted applications and the add button is greyed out and cant add anything not sure what to do.

    ok i did manage to add BeamNG to my trusted applications list in bitdefender but nothing it still never fixed my UI issue and i don't have any other programs on that list. please help

    Just to check, could you try to run the game from:
    Steam/Steamapps/Common/BeamNG.Drive/Bin32 > BeamNG.Drive.x86.exe , load 'Small Grid' level and see if the problem persists?

    ok will try again when I get home from work, but I'm sure I tried running it from the bin32 folder and bin64 folder yesterday.

    ah I think I found it I went back though my browser history and I think the ticket number is 17918 and possibly the support ID is 20461

    Your game logs do not seem to show anything strange.
    And re-reading this part, the suspect of it being a third-party program installed on that PC is the right one to me.
    We had few similar cases, and all of them were caused by other programs conflicting with the game.

    I advice to double check for any 'Adobe SVG Viewer' program on your PC (It's listed in the page I linked earlier, as it's a known cause to such problem).
    It usually comes bundled with old versions of some Adobe programs.
    Also please double check for your Antivirus and Firewalls. Those could be blocking UI elements as well.

    i resent a new ticket just incase, support ID number is 20498 ticket number is 17935

    actually I went add remove programs and I did find adobe svg vewier

    ok I removed adobe svg viewer I never seen it lastime I checked, I reset the computer turned off the firewall in Bitdefender and the windows firewall, turned off antivirus in Bitdefender turn off every other module in bit defender beaming is a trusted app for bit defender, I thoroughly checked the rest of that list and can't find any other programs on there only the two. But I still have other adobe programs installed

    I advice to make sure everything 'Adobe SVG Viewer' related is really gone.
    Sometimes uninstalling a program doesn't remove all its files.
    Should be in 'C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\SVG Viewer 3.0\' (by default)

    ok so I checked the folder you told me too, and there is no folder called SVG Viewer, and i also checked the Program Files X86 folder aswell no SVG viewer in the adobe folder there either

    I do have an old version Photoshop 6.0 installed on here and photoshop CS5 aswell would they be any problem.

    But i cant find any trace of SVG viewer anymore

    0.10 hotfix downloading new update now see if that works kinda doubt it but who knows

    I doubt the hotfix will solve anything for you, as that's not a problem of the game itself.
    Do you have those same Photoshop versions installed on your laptop too?

    its getting a bit late where I am, at the moment its 10:19 pm so I cant really install photoshop on my Laptop tonight as it will take way too long to do but i could maybe try tomorrow after work, if that is what are your thinking.

    No, don't install Photoshop on your laptop, unless you want to replicate the problem on your laptop.
    Very likely it's the old photoshop you have that is doing that (since it should bundle that SVG Viewer thing)

    I'll try uninstall the old Photoshop now quickly it really doesnt need to be on here.

    ok just uninstalled Photoshop 6.0 had a browse to see if there was any trace of PS 6.0 left cant see any restarted the computer, ran game, still the same.

    I might try install photoshop CS5 on the laptop tomorrow to see if it breaks the game on that.
