I'm creating a map, the brush flickers.

While I am creating a map of my own, when I edit terrain, it will often flicker over to the center of the map and edit that bit for only a tiny bit. I have a video demonstrating this in case it is hard to imagine:



I have searched the forums for this, I couldn't find anything.
