I'd recommend getting a graphics tablet. It has no effect on the wrist (carpal tunnel users rejoice), and feels more natural. That's what I use most of the time
I hope you get to feeling better. Maybe a trip to some hot springs may help (Idaho Springs in Colorado) I feel bad for calling you out earlier
Now, given Gabester's current condition, this opens some rather interesting vehicular possibilities. 1: No vehicles in the next update (Which I doubt) 2: Progress continues on the next car (Bluebuck) by the other vehicle artists 3: Other vehicle artists design a vehicle, and that is the next one.
As someone who's dealt with plenty of tendon issues in my wrists as well as general back issues, I wish you an effective recovery. One thing I found helpful is getting wrist splints that you don't find uncomfortable to wear while you sleep, so when issues flair up you can limit wrist flexion and rest the tendons effectively even if you start tossing around during sleeping difficulties. Another thing to supplement rehab is experimenting with different desk/chair arrangements, keyboards and mice/trackballs in general until you find the best ergonomics for your specific circumstance.
Don't worry guys, we have plenty of stuff that's going in-game soon. I'm not the only vehicle artist Thanks for all the support.
Should be interesting. I'm wondering what the others have in the works. I suspect that any other planned vehicles may look a little different if there are different designers, and could it involve the V10? Questions, so many questions.
If it is made completely by different artists, it probabaly isn't going to be the Bluebuck or Wendover. It's going to be a surprise. Maybe a minivan?
The next update will probably fix the dumb bug that keeps the car in neutral for half a second when i change gears even though i use a g27 and the other bug that keeps you from downshifting even if the setting is disabled in the menu(it happens just sometimes to more users idk y) WCU will probably be released alongside Italy and it will come out with some features like a paint shop or locations to modify the car or a place to buy cars Probably the Bluebuck won't be in the next update, as it's one of gabester's projects, we might see something else At least that's my opinion
i hope they replace a few sounds. the L6 sound used for the hopper and T-series is utter garbage and a couple other sounds are as well, the only good ones are the V8, V8_2, V10, V6, I4, and B4.
The hopper, moonhawk and barstow all use the V6 sound for the inline-six engines. No idea why, it sounds totally out of place EDIT: Nevermind, there is an actual L6 sound file that sounds similar to the v6 I guess...
The minivan is a lie. The next car would be a self-driving google car. On speculation topic! V10 aren't very popular. usually a V8 or a V12 would be better (V8 is simpler and smaller, more economic, and makes enough power. Both V8 and V12 are more balanced and smooth because they have an even number of cylinders on each bank). IRL I can think of 4 cars that have a V10: Dodge Viper, Lexus LFA, Audi R8 and Lambo Huracan (R8 in disguise). It just happens to be 4 cars from the 4 different countries that make cars in Beamng: USA, Japan, Germany and Italy. So this could be either a Bruckell, a Hirochi, an ETK or a Civetta. (I vote Hirochi. Hirochi V10 would be sick) EDIT: checked in Wikipedia. As a matter of fact there are just 23 production post-war cars with V10 engines in them. 5 of them are ridiculusly rare, so yeah... V10 is really uncommon.
