Update Speculation thread

Maybe the V10 will be used for a modern supercar like the Lamborghini Huracan or Ferrari 488 since some of WCU resembles Los Angeles / Hollywood Hills, which is an area that has a lot of supercars.

 

That actually sounds quite reasonable..

 

or a suv or pick up truck dont forget that ford have been using a 6,8l v10 for nearly 20 years or more in there trucks/suv/e-series / .....

just like dodge with there dodge ram srt and dodge ram from the 90's with the 8,0l v10

 

Something the game NEEDS are better supercharger whines

 

Maybe we'll get some UV's and skin slots for the cars that don't have them.
I am absolutely dying to make a Super Touring skin for the second gen Pessima.

Sounds a bit like the Knight Industries Four Thousand, lmao. Never thought a supercharger whine could be THAT annoying.

 

There is something, I can hear it when I use the roamer, but it's very faint and unnoticeable

 

The repository is currently undergoing maintenance, and this means automatic mod installation is down for the next few hours. Ingame repository, anyone?

 

Im guessing the implementation of the auto mod updates wich would really help sometimes

Probably no more, because it's been a while since the last one. Also, WCUSA is most likely almost finished by now, so they could just be waiting on that.

The prevailing theory at the moment is that the Bluebuck will be released alongside WCUSA, possibly within the next two months or so.

 

Possibly they're waiting on Italy. The completion level of Italy is unknown, but if the buildings are added in fast enough, then it might get pushed with the next update... which likely will consist of WCUSA and Bluebuck. Although there might be a surprise car instead because we haven't seen any bluebuck teaser pictures. It's not unknown for devs to just pull a random surprise car out, it's been done before with the ETK-K series.

With the lack of WIP map releases in recent years and the fact that Italy is so much bigger than WCUSA but was stared around the same time, I doubt we will get anything Italy related for a fairly long time (although I don't know how fast the sparsely populated Italy map can be worked on compared to the dense WCUSA).

I would like to think that the Bluebuck and WCUSA will come at the same time, but I don't think there is enough to say that the Bluebuck will come in the next update or not. Without a "behind the scenes/look at the worst parts of the map" screenshot, the same goes for WCUSA.

 

I think that the repository being worked on has something to do with auto mod updates.
