cant run but 7 cars?

    ok guys I can only run up to 7 cars and I think my pc should be able to handle more my specs are
    i7 4770k 3.5 ghz
    evga gtx 1080 ftw
    16gb 2400 MHz
    and its running on a ssd hard drive
    the game either crashes when I try to spawn another car or just don't even load the car selector thanks for any help

    If the selector doesn't show up, probably the UI is slowing down. If you have many apps on-screen, try to remove some. More apps > More load

    If it crashes, are you using mods?
    In particular, could you check if you have this folder? Documents\BeamNG.drive\vehicles\common\torsion\

    If yes, delete it and check again.

    yes I am running mods. and I don't have the torsion folder and I'm just running the default apps. thanks for your help.

    When the game is on the SSD, nothing big happens. To see a change, you have to move the whole documents/BeamNG.drive folder to the SSD.
    In the game directory, there's a file names startup.ini, open that and change to a new directory on the SSD. Then, move your documents/BeamNG.drive folder to where you specified in the .into file.
    Once you do that, maps and cars will load much faster, because the cache files will be on the SSD. That might be a part of the reason.
