How to perform clean reinstall?

I've been having problems* lately, and I've decided a clean reinstall would do the trick. Without mods, the game works fine, but when loading with mods I experience heavy lag. This problem started only recently, (probably because of low space, but I'm not exactly sure what the problem is.) I run a MSI GE62VR with no modifications for my setup. Any help is appreciated.

*supposed low space and very heavy lag.

 

um possible mod conflict maybe?

and uninstall it via steam, then navigate to "my documents" and delete the beamng folder
