My college schedule is pretty nice, I get a good hour or so break between some classes and some days I only have 1 class. So I tend to have a bit of time to myself.

I have been to busy with school Im currently doing work experience I would say check back with me at the end of next week. Thats the first week of the school holidays for me. Hopefully i will have the model finished and begun work on the textures.
Probably because loads of people end up looking at them They realy want a stock cars --- Post updated --- I think the windscreens in real life are made of plastic so i will probably try to replicate that. So the wont smash but might fall out i guess. Same for the windows

The front windshield and rear window are made of lexan, there is no right side window, and the left side window is covered by a safety net made from nylon. EDIT: windows are made of lexan, not plastic
I'm not entirely sure what it's made of but people usually call it lexan glass. This link explains it more than I could.
