Really, do you have to be that immature when asking? If you want it, then join alex_333's Modding Group. It's not hard to do so. As for the screenshot of the model itself on the original post, do you even have permission from the original author? If so, then please give proper credits as well. Someone already made the fix for the latter in said group. The former can be solved by saving another configuration with the manual transmission (since the one provided by default uses an automatic). Customization is somewhat possible (only the universal wheels and a few other parts on the engine and both suspensions), and removing those shopping bags and magazines requires editing the .dae file with Blender. In other words, all of these are manageable as long as effort is put into fixing them.
None of what you are saying is hard though. My second mod on the repo was the etk engine swap back and even that wasn't hard. If i were to do it now it would take at most 1 hour. Thats with packaging, positioning engine and trans in blender, exporting, renaming all jbeam flexbody names and node positions. Then adding a screenshot and info.json.
Why do u need 2 miatas if there is already 1 miata and they both are Mx5? This makes no sense :/ It's just a waste of time

Doesn't mean you can't make a miata mod just because there is already one out on the forums. Just means more selection of quality to choose from.
