jboptical submitted a new resource:

j's Variable Turbo's - Variable boost turbos for the Fullsize,pickup and hopper

Howdy

So after wanting variable boost turbos for a few cars I decided to go
down the jbeam rabbit hole.
I came up with 3 turbos based off the T600 semi turbo adapted to be
variable so 7-93 psi and add a bit of lag because it spooled a bit quick (still trying to improve it )

They are for the Full-size,Pickup and the Hopper (only of the i6)
There is also a LSD with variable gear ratio for the full-size.

first mod ever so yea its not perfect

Try fiddling with the "maxExhaustPower" for the spooling...

jboptical updated j's Variable Turbo's with a new update entry:

j's Variable Turbo's V1.1 More turbos

So I went back down the jbeam rabbit hole and made some changes.

We have a new turbo for the 3 cars called the V8 EP turbo ( i6 EP turbo for the hopper ) it is based off the same semi T600 turbo with the engineDef
from the sbr which gave better spooling.
I also added variable Exhaust power which is why it's called the EP turbo.
Also fixed the hopper's turbo name.

Srynotsry for the bump but you should seriously add this to the other Gavrils and what not. Maybe the LeGran too?

I've figured out how to tweak this onto any car, its pretty easy actually, but before I post any of the mods I've made to jboptical's mod, I want to seek permission to release with credit modifications I've done to get this to work on other cars.
