I just downloaded the game and it wont start, i downloaded via steam.

    When i launch the game, before the title screen it gives me error 0x00000ff something so i cant even start the game

    What are your specs? perhaps you just cant run the game. Have you tried a clean reinstall?

    Could you explain what happens in more detail? Is there a black screen then crash, do you load a map? Do you have any mods?
    Also, you PC specs (RAM and Windows version mostly) would help.
