    the reason is is because you have low graphics on, you need it to be any over low
    they use the same type of graphics as lights do but the color and area is changed

    you may have a bugged game
    try reinstalling and see if that works

    If you rename your Documents/Beamnd.drive/settings folder to something else and launch the game, does the problem stay? Don't worry, you can later rename the settings folder back to "settings".

    It still is not working but i am going to try watching a video to see how another person does it.

    Got my answer from the video i have to go in to night mode to see it turn on and work

    Honestly its okay that the neon's don't work because at least the mod itself still works I'm good with that.
