Almost the whole chassis is finally done... Still lacks some minor stuff, but it's (more or less) completed as of now :p I know it takes me dam long to create anything, but that's because I get distracted by the smallest of things :( But from knowing close to nothing about Blender, to having 80% of this whole thing done in 5 months, I can say I'm happy :D

Hey, I don't really care how long it takes, so long as it gets finished, cause this is some beautiful work my man!

Why is the bullbar attached to the chassis? Is that how the actual humvee was? Or was it a cool design idea? Plus, maybe a cool custom version with the triangle back?

It's attached to a bumper that is attached to the chassis... Isn't that how they do it? o_O

Technically speaking... they are mounted to the front bumper with pins. The bottom ones are used as a pivot while the tops are removable so that the bull bar can be pivoted down so that the hood can be opened.

If there was any progress he felt was worth posting, he would've posted it.

There will be progress soon enough. I have the newest mesh from Sithhy and will be doing some JBeam work as soon as I can get to it.

Edit: That being said, don't stop nagging me for it... helps remind me to get to it sometimes.

Sorry for not posting on the car for a few days, but I got tired of constantly working on it & decided to start making a second car (which does not mean I will abandon the main project). Managed to make a fuel tank, add tiny bit more detail to the steering rack, make the dash look better (still WIP) & give it air vents :p
