Game stops loading

After reinstalling BeamNG, Deleting files and etc, My game will open up normally, I select Play, Then a Map, It loads the map for a second than my ram usage goes to 412mb, and CPU usage goes to about 1.5 and the loading map on the bottom left of the screen just stops completely

16gb DDR3
Radeon RX 480 4GB

 

Update, Just fixed it, Even Tho i disabled mod loading, It probably was a setting somewhere (I deleted the whole Documents folder and reinstalled game and now its fixed.)
