Just a question for you people: when a real car company releases a new vehicle, do you then go about comparing it to every other car in the same market segment? Like, do you see a Honda Civic and think it was based off the Mazda 3 because they're both Japanese compact sedans?

That it's pointless to compare fictional cars with real cars in this way.

 

One could also argue it is pointless to drive about in fictional cars, crash them and spend hours creating huge amounts of threads and information about these cars. But we still do it.
