@synsol that better be a sneak peek a new GRAND PIANO to haul. Piano was the best thing to hit this game in a long time, never laughed as hard as when I hit about 18~20 of them in a long line down the main route of Rockwood (my Roane County map), with a COMBINE HARVESTER. Priceless. Absolutely priceless. Then I used the mower attachment and mowed them down - literally. Let's see Sim Farm Sim do that!

There's more to Roane County than just meets the eye at first glance...

Sometimes the best fun is making the signs. Well, besides the pianos anyways.

Awesome, thanks for the heads up, we need piano missions, surely. I managed to fit 17 of them in a T-series box and I'd say around 12 in the cube-van (Moving truck). Driving around a dirt road etc and off-roading with a truck stuffed with pianos is priceless!
Only thing I needed was a bigger truck (we do have the dry-goods trailers, thankfully, but the game likes to get crash-happy when I use over 20 pianos, so it doesn't matter that bad). Love the game and keep up the great work (sorry to not add a picture here guys!).

Here are some sketches I sketched for the 1944 Propeller before I started modeling the car.

Smoothing all the engine's torque curves I've made to produce a more realistic and less jittery experience, as well as let them go up to 8000 RPM for turbos/supers.

Example 1 - Excel graph; used to make a dynograph, then I manually adjust/add values to smooth the graph and up the limit to 8000.
NOTE - Some engines that were made in Automation are in increments of 100, but I only imported them in 500s. These I only upped the limit to 8000, because they are exceptionally accurate to their redline already.
    Raw input:

    Smoothed values:
    Screenshot415.png
As you can see, the curve is much smoother and realistic, and this curve was based on a real engine.

Example 2 - In game; difference between smooth and rough inputs. Red is old, Blue is new.

In a clutch-drop scenario, both cars accelerated equally fast until second gear, where the new engine shifted faster and it's transmission didn't shift into 5th.

Conclusion - In the video above, you can see that the new engine accelerated faster, and shifted gears faster. In the old engine, the transmission started to shift up into 5th gear, because it didn't know what to do. Also, the new engine is compatible with turbos/supers now. It takes about an hour for research and smoothing, but it's well worth it.

I really like the design. It looks like an Asian variant of some Chevrolet pick-up.

It's a gigantic mashup of everything, plus my own touches :)

OT: 3rd brake light, looks a bit goofy but will be better with proper textures.
