    Heya guys.

I really enjoy this game but it started getting on my nerves... I get dramatically low FPS drops all the time. The timing so far is random, or at least I couldn't establish a pattern. No overheating, no background apps running, no conflict of some sort (I recently reset my pc but I still get the lags).
So, I can play GTA V in ultra but not BeamNG in low?? Something's wrong here! Help out guys!

I have a alienware as well and I have experienced this problem before I didn't know what to do so I uninstalled and reinstalled and It worked On normal fps.

p.s it got faster when I deleted all mods but It worked when I cleared cache after I reinstalled

Gta 5 also isn't as cpu intensive ensure all settings in nvidia control panel are not set to battery savings and what not. Windows seems to mess with them as well make sure your cpu is clocking to that speed and not going low, my laptop seems to clock lower on beamng drive than other games even without temp in the equation.

    Sounds like Thermal Throttling.
Check the CPU temps and speed, in particular when the lag happens.

I know this happens to me because of how my page file works (absolutely retarded)
I plan on just removing the page file
So protip: don't have chrome and all sorts of stuff open with Beamng

    1. All browsers and other programs are shut.
    2. No thermal problem.
    3. No problems with page file or RAM
    4. Reinstalled the game and cleared everything (no mods used anyways)

It happens randomly. Sometimes when not much texture is on the horizon it lags and when I go into collision with 10 other cars in the middle of a jungle it runs smoothly. Well, try explain that now...
