    Yes these are indeed Swedish rally-cross (not only do they speak Swedish but they also got a Swedish website domain).
    It's quite popular in Sweden so they got a lot of tracks where people can qualify and join the races, there is no pros just hobby drivers (as you can see :rolleyes:).

    It is finlands version of "folkrace" we got here in sweden :) that is jokkis :)

    This is finnish folkracing called Jokamiesluokka. These little fiats are pretty tuned up 1650cc engines and almost 200hp's They weight up to 710kg's. (bottom video)
