AI is not shifting gears in sunburst covet and I series

Hi I have a small problem with AI on any map.
The listed cars and the new pessima don't change gears with automatic or manual transmissions.

Sometimes when I am driving the automatic versions of those cars It only stays in first gear.

Is anyone receiving this problem and how can I fix this?

P.S I have not checked previous threads for this problem please don't get mad at me for creating a thread for no reason

 

solve it by delete those vehicles then verify integrity if that dosent work delete all maps then
verify integrity

 

make sure they are in arcade automatic otherwise I've got no clue.

 

I have recently deleted all mods and stuff so does that mean I remove the official stuff

Or can I just edit files my self

Even on arcade it has this problem

 

you change something in engine/gearbox files?
you can see some mods (CJD) with high rev engines but the 'driver' change the gear at low revs
it's a value problem but if you have everything perfect is other kind of problem

 

Yeah every thing is vanilla and I only change the files on my Mac not on the alien ware which is my main computer

P.S I don't have this problem on my Mac even though it is the same files

 

mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm........... imcompatibility?
some mods have problems when the ai downshift (specially mike94's mods) but not in original cars

Does windows 7 have something to do with it?

 

Have you run the game in safe mode aswell?

 

Windows 7 shouldn't have anything to do with it. Me and probably a fair few others here are running it
