He's saying we need tow trucks. "Pigeon" is obvious, "truck" is probably D-series or T-series, "ute" is D-series if "truck" is T-series or ??? if not, and "car" is... I don't even know. Tow trucks don't usually come in car form. Unless he's referring to the type of vehicle they're rated to pick up? Besides, what would you even tow with a Pigeon? Quad bikes? As for a separate pack, why though?
He wants a "pack" of trucks, I assume he is referring to something like the D-Series one in the files and either a wrecker or rollback. "Truck ute car" I assume is just a request for a ute "Pigeon form" I have no idea Maybe he is asking for a mod pack with the rollback T-Series and the old D-Series and the Pigeon tow truck and a ute?
