When I first got the game I instantly got onto the grid map the game worked just fine but when I went to try any other map it would not work it would say close these programs to gain enough storage for pc to work and the only thing to pop up was beamng.drive. I verified the integrity of game files and everything was fine I got a new video card and then cliff and ETK driving experience started to work but that's it. if the developers know the problem please post back on this thread thank you in advance. P.S. I have a dell inspiron with an i3 core and 2gb video card.

1gb vram is enough, maybe it needs more ram?

That sounds like the 'Run out of memory' error.
The memory it is referring to is not the storage memory, but the RAM memory.

How much RAM does your PC has, and how much of it is free? (You can see that from the Windows Task Manager)

Try to check memory/disk in the Task Manager, if you discover it is too high while playing, refer to a moderator as I've never dealt with this problem before.

Officially you need 4 GB at least, but playing at full HD with graphics settings at high, but not insanely high and without loading any mods I think on my pc it easily uses 6 GB. So I would highly recommend 8 GB or more.

I have 4gb virtual ram and 2gb is free. my pc has 10 gigabytes ram memory and 2.6 gigabytes are free. the game is running now and it is not using any disk memory. I have it set on the lowest setting of graphics with no mods loaded and its still having the problem, so if anyone can help me find a solution to fix this I would greatly appreciate it. in advanced thank you. I also cant play 7/8 of the scenarios and I cant play any of the campaign.

Yeah you can set how much of your hard drive can be used as fake Ram.
This can be useful for certain tasks, but hard drives read and load very slowly and when gaming (especially when driving fast) you want to be able to load textures from memory quickly.
So, sure, I could help you set more Virtual Memory if you tell me what OS you're using, but I wouldn't expect good performance. Might be doable if you're using an SSD I suppose, but I haven't tried it for gaming.
