    *those bloody miners*
Well with that out of the picture then go with RX580, it's going to last a while having 8GB and you get the AMD benefits like Freesync which is farr cheaper than Nvidia's G-Sync. Your next monitor could well have Freesync without you paying extra for it (doesn't add too much to the cost) but Nvidia's one requires a custom chip that the monitor makers have to buy so is much more expensive

If you're putting the GPU into the same system as your signature has, then it's not running Beam at 60 all the time. That CPU will be a heavy bottleneck. I got the FX-6350 and it causes 80% of FPS issues I get in this game. If your GPU is actually dying, then getting a new one can't be helped... But if it's only issue is that it's old, then I would deffinantly put the GPU money towards a new Motherboard and CPU instead, and keep using that GPU awhile longer

about 3 years ago when i got my pc, it had a Intel GPU (They suck, like terribly..)

i saved up my money for 4 weeks and got a GeForce GT 740 2GB GPU. Runs well for how old it is. I can play fullscreen with texture quality at high and shadows disabled, and everything else set at low. On East Coast USA I get around 20-25 FPS

Get a G-force GTX 1070 or 1080, both great GPUs

I'm pretty sure the Titan X post was a troll. It's out of date, and even a 1070 can keep up with it

Both that and the 1060 are pretty close in performance, so I'd probably go with whatever you can get cheaper, unless you really want that extra 2GB. Either way, both seem to be pretty good cards, so you'll probably be happy with it, regardless of what you get.

It depends on how much they cost in your area. It'd be best to ask someone else probably...
