I can even answer that and I'm not from the UK. The answer is depends on where you are and at what time. London is a ancient city so roads were not built for the millions of people who go into and leave London every day. Some of the motorways are poorly deigned, not big enough or going through historical areas and can not be changed unless they make a hole new road. But these problems are in every country even the United States but the UK is just a old country and so you have old small roads built for horses.
Most do it for looks, personally IMO I think our rainbow LP design is ugly compared to the other 49 state design choices.

London is a horrible city in my opinion - but I don't like many cities as they're too crowded & noisy.

Yes, its called Chavism --- Post updated --- It depends. I live in a rural area and if there is a crash on the local M4 then everyone will pile onto a tiny one lane road. But most of the times its open and these roads are left spared. --- Post updated --- The ambulance services are different in some areas, all of these 'companies' are owned by the NHS. The police force is the same and is run by The Scotland Yard. I don't know about the firefighting services, though.
What BeamNG cars do most of you prefer? I personally love the Pigeon, Bolide, '96 Pessima, Covet, and LeGran.
Do you like British Reality TV (where they don't use sound effects) or American Reality TV (where they use sound effects) My answer: I like the American Reality TV because without sound effects it can be boring but I do hate it when they use the same one over and over, again and again.
