Glass stays broken upon respawn when crash is interrupted

    If you respawn in the middle of the initial impact of a crash, the glass will stay broken when the car respawns. A minor glitch really.

    This has been a known issue since 0.9 I believe. It's sometimes gets pretty annoying.

    Huh, I just noticed it when I was trying to figure out what causes the MainEngine App to bug out and display nothing but the yellow bar. Still can't pin down the cause, either.
