How to make Vehicle Damage App stay permanently on screen?

Is there an option to make the Vehicle Damage App stay permanently on screen, without it going invisible?

Also, for the Messages App, how do I make it display car damage such as 'Radiator damaged' like in the previous versions of the game? Because now it is only being displayed on the Vehicle Damage App.

 

I too would prefer an option to keep the damage app open all the time. A check-box to 'always show' on the app while in the app editor would be great. If that isn't possible, then perhaps another version of the app in the selection screen that always stays visible would work out. Thanks for listening.
