Great update. Good to see this back. The pigeon drag tires have too op grip though. The grip levels have been decreased drastically for all the drag tires ingame since the addition of the dragstrip and the drag tarmac. For example: You can go sideways with an drag barstown at 250kmh+ and not flip over. The drag pigeon flips over at like 10 mph(part of it is due to it being an unstable three wheeler of course.)

 

Thanks, nice to see you. I noticed the change in drag tires, but I was lazy and didn't want to update mine. I personally have a hard time running wcusa, especially the track area, and wanted to be able to have some grip on other maps too. I might make an update with realistic tires as a default option.

Alright. Would be neat to have em as an option in an update since i always was slightly annoyed at the drag cars started flipping from too much grip (though the drag pigeon would probably flip no matter if the tires are op or not lol). I looked at the values but i don't really know what i'm doing so i gave up. Tried comparing current drag tire values to old version drag tire values but the only reference i have to the old grip levels of the drag tires is from an 0.8 beam version i have backed up(too old?).

However i did manage to edit some config files. The long bed delivery config had no radiator so i added that for you and i gave the "tazas favourite" config some offroad springs and shocks and tuned the suspension a bit. The original config had some excessive wobbling and the offroad parts minimised and made it steady and very good at donuts. Dunno if that was the vision for the config but whatever.

(The zip isn't the full mod it's just the two edited pc files).

EDIT: The roll right is mapped to H which conflicts with the horn.

 

Thanks! I'll definitely take a look. I think I forgot the radiator when I deleted the i4 engine from my mod (forgot to add that to the changelog). Wobbling was indeed a problem with the favourite config. Horn is not working because of flight controls, but I don't know how to make the controls any better.

Can someone help me, the plane version does not have a roof or the white part of the wings, the hitbox is still there but the skin around it isn't

Thanks it worked, but now i cannot change the colour of the pigeon, or are you supposed to be unable to change the colour?

 

Is the Pigeon all grey? If so, then it's probably conflicting mod.

 

No it is white with blue wing stripes, but it could just be designed like that.

 

The airlines pigeon should spawn with white color and blue stripes, no matter what colors you choose when spawning. These can be changed in the color tab (ctrl+w, third tab on top left corner) using the first and second color pickers.

Can you please fix the 4 wheel extended frame? It takes almost everything off the front end.

 

You need to install the 4-wheeler mod too for it to work. But afaik that mod might be outdated right now, so there is not much I can do about it. Once it receives an update I will make sure my mod works with it.
