I have literally no idea if we’re still talking about avatars anymore, cuz I skipped from page one to fourteen, but you guys can probably guess what mine is. I change it around the holidays to something more holiday-ish but it’s normally the Prius and the Aztek with “which do you choose” captioned at the bottom.
It’s IA, because IA is best vocaloid. Etc. Not to say that the other vocaloids aren’t good, IA is just my favorite. She sounds the best in my opinion, and some of my favorite songs feature her. Miku is also great, Luka and Rin are good. Gumi and Len depends on the song, and then there’s the other, lesser used, vocaloids. Katio and Meiko have a few good songs, but there are so many other lesser known vocaloids as well.
David Purley, former F1 driver. He wasn't a particularly good driver, but I have mad respect for his heroic (and sadly failed) attempt to rescue Roger Williamson after his crash. And he happens to be my namefellow. If you want to know more: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1973_Dutch_Grand_Prix#Death_of_Roger_Williamson
my profile picture is inspired by the movie twister. (edit) i can't believe i revived this thread... ;D
My avatar was made a while ago on a hirochi raceway parking lot just after it was added. I've used a custom D-series without rear brakes... I need to redo it some time soon.
My car for life <3 We have had the thing in Trinidad since circa 2000, after my aunt moved to england, so they gave the car to my grandparents. It's a big family on one property, some of my aunts uncles cousins and grandparents live there, so there's like 5 cars usually parked infront of the house. The first time I had rode in it was around 2008. That was the third ever car I had entered if I remember correctly. It just bonded to me and ever since it's been my favourite. We went back in either 2015 or 2016 and we tried to start it, my knowledge was a little low, but we knew what was wrong when we turned the key and he just clicked. We tried hooking up a battery and turning on the lights. The lights worked. One indicator was damned but the other seemed to work fine. We cranked the engine. There was a big crunch. I was horrified, I literally ran into the house and held my breath like a friggin' 5 year old. My grandfather promises he'll fix it. The next year, I come. My grandfather rides me in his old honda partner to the mechanics house. There it is! It starts! This brings so much joy to me, we went in summer (July) and it felt just like a birthday gift! Ever since that thing has never left my side. TL;DR I had a car since 2000 in trinidad, It sat for years and didn't work. It's my favourite car. In 2017 we get it fixed and I'm happy.
