i appreciate the effort put i but fortunately the engines are already finished. the wheel base isn't really something we are going to change, it will be the wheel base of the stock d series

the main thing we need to know is all the weights off different components

    Yeah sorry about that

Changing the wheelbase would require changing just about everthing else on the car in some way and since the model is pretty much complete and the j beaming has already been started the last thing i want to do is go and change everything and make mr inertia start from scratch

Did some more on this, front suspension is getting close, but will need proper tuning towards the later stages when all the bodypanels are in place.

Are you planning on putting custom wheels on the truck? Like slicks?

I just realized something...the Legran would be a nice body to use for an 80s nascar if you ever plan to make one...the Sunburst has potential as well, I find that interesting

Not sure if you know already, but I'll say it anyways.
In recent years the Truck Series regulations regarding engines changed so that an engine that produces less power is used at tracks shorter than 1.6 miles, and a more powerful engine is used at tracks 1.6 miles in length and longer (road courses are exempt from this rule, and use the more powerful engine). I don't know the specifics of those engines, or if it'll matter here as you're modeling an older vehicle from the series prior to that regulation.
    Thought I'd mention it anyhow.

The truck is mostly based off of the trucks run in the 90s, especially the engines used (restricted for non plate tracks and restricted for plate tracks)

Think of this as being a stock car for the beamng universe that is very heavily inspired by nascar but does not follow its exact regulations, that would be pointless as most people who will play will this mod couldnt give a shit whether it follows exact nascar regulations. If it looks the part and drives the part then its all good. To most people Having two separate engines makes it feel like its following some form of regulations wich is good enough i guess
