I put in new headlights (Lux Angel Eyes)

The new bulb is on the right. It was a bitch to install trying to get the bulb to go in right and it was freezing outside too. But worth it.

And I took my car in to get the airbag recall and the BMW dealer tried to rip me off for $5,143 of repairs on a non existent problem. And one of the things they wanted to replace (Valve cover gasket) was literally replaced 4 months ago.
They wanted to replace the valve cover gasket, oil pan gasket, and oil filter housing, and they supposedly determined this and replaced the airbag in 25 minutes of having the car.

I took it somewhere else and they checked the car for over an hour and none of thing things BMW claimed were broken were actually broken.

You should contact BMW's corporate offices about that, they usually take reputation stuff like that very seriously.

Today I took the shift boot off my "Impreza" to see if the sloppy shifter was an easy fix. It isn't, and I need to put the car on jack stands to replace the bushing in the selector fork.

I don't have a car but my mum took her Evoque in for repair after reversing into a parked Focus.

Protip: throwing shit at your car generally damages it, especially when you manage to wallop the spot you've previously repaired. Also means you'll start hoarding body parts for the hell of it

I slip this morning and hit my hand on my dad's Grand Prix, lucky for me, it didn't leave a scratch on it, while my hand is basically 1/4th black and 1/4th blue.
