    The videos shows the entire process, just watch it till the end.
    Let me put it in text, to be even clearer:

    Press the 'Support' button
    Press the 'Already in contact' button
    Press the 'Submit Information' button
    Wait.. (should not take too much)
    A window will popup with your Support ID.

    Post your Support ID here.
