Is it possible to somehow interact with a saved replay? By "interact" I mean: driving another vehicle while the replay is playing, suddenly taking control over the vehicle and disabling the replay, just turning on the lights, something like that. Or maybe there is an option to export it as a route for AI to follow?

    Sorry for any broken english.

The replays wouldn't work like that, since its coded and filed (I suppose) way differently than a normal .mp4 file. Correct me if I'm wrong, but the replay system works because its reads every node (Every connection of two or more Jbeams I believe) somewhat consecutively, so I don't think this would work.

Even if it did, how would the replay coincide to, maybe another vehicle crashing into it? It would pretty much have to stop the replay, since it isn't following the designated path of nodes.

Ask the devs about the AI path thing. I know it doesn't work like that, but they are stll working on the Manual AI mode (I hope) and it sounds like, pretty much the same base idea.

I know it's not a normal mp4 file because you still can fly around with free cam. Crashing a vehicle into a replaying vehicle, if possible, would stop replaying and just crash into it. At least that's how I imagine it working. If the replay system works how you explained, maybe it would convert those JBeams back into a vehicle and start applying normal physics to it and crash?

I know I repeated a lot of words, but I didn't know how to write it better. I though this category was suitable for this thread, are you suggesting I should move it to "Ideas and suggestions"?

I mean, I have no idea how the replay system works, but IIRC, it uses a somewhat different system, so the ways that the coding works may need to be changed in a split second. I don't know how exactly skilled the devs are, but I don't know if they are able to do that, but we would need conformation from the devs.

The repeated words is fine, but I don't think this needs to be moved, it seems suitable for each thread. Either way, you are asking a question and getting support.
