Because the others aren't being helpful or explaining anything; The download isn't available and the pack isn't available because of some issues that happened with them a long time ago. There are plans to make new ones that are better. Until then, Max-D and the other shells are unavailable.
Please don't bother the devs and be patient. This is what you get. It is terrible but what we have right now.

I would just like to say that the CRD truck helped me immensely in getting to two very troublesome snowmen in the Snowman Hunt mod released recently Thanks to your hard work, I was able to find all 90 of them and get the achievment My son and wife (total non-gamer) even helped.
really? I made a custom offroad d series based on the one in the loading screens and was able to get every single snowman, vanilla parts were used, I had my mods disabled to ensure that I only had vanilla parts, I'll throw a picture of it up here in a few minutes because I think I did a pretty good job at remaking it (I took the loading screen straight from the game files, it's what I used to remake it because making the game load up a specific screen is rather frustrating)
