This is awesome! I've been around circle track racing my whole life and have recently gotten involved in the NASCAR K&N Series, which has very similar rules to the trucks. So I have a fair bit of knowledge when it comes to these types of racecars. There is also cars and a bunch of parts in our shop if you need any pictures or specific parts weighed etc. Please let me know if there's anything I can do to help.
there will be a short track setup, a speedway setup, a supperspeedway setup, a road course setup, maybe two, one geared for hirochi raceway and one for whatever the west coast track is called. and then a dirt track setup with dirt tires. as for paint jobs there will be lots of them all based on sponsors from within the game --- Post updated --- that's perfect! we really need this, mainly weights but photos might be helpful for texturing.
Awesome! Will there be more versions of them? For example: super speedway: BlastR livery, Nomi livery, Dreid livery, ETC. --- Post updated ---
Can't give a definite answer but its probably going to be the different setups with a default paint scheme, and then you'll be able to change the paint in the parts menu
Ok, that's fine by me. I think it's really cool that you guys are making multiple track setups! If I was making something like this, I would just do a setup that fit every track.
The thing is the way these cars are set up is not symetrical. The default setup will be tuned for the west coast track because it will be symetrical and therfore will drive in a straight line. The oval setups will want to pull to the left slightly because thats what they are designed to do. The dirt setup will be the most unique one, it will be much softer and the car will be much easier to slide around dirt ovals.
Ok, great! The dirt one will perfect for thunder valley dirt edition! Will the dirt version of the GASCAR truck drive in a straight line? Or will it pull to the left like the other ones?
I will most likely have a version I might make two The oval one will pull slightly but it will behave completely different to the others
Great! But there are no 1.5 mile long speedways that I have heard of. So the GASCAR speedway version wouldn't really be practical.
