where do i change the gamma? i cant seem to work out whether its ingame or in files. everything gets screwed up and laggy EDIT : Found Gamma, but it still looks bad on 1.00. should i turn it down or do i not have correct graphics settings for it to work properly?
For several months after downloading this, it's pretty good. Works for me back then. But then, this happens. Screen cannot load. I still have the correct installation process. How to make the screen load?
Hi Cessni, Thank you for you effort with your VEP project. Just stumbled upon it this weekend. After updating BeamNG to 0.11, I also downloaded you VEP and installed it. It also works - sort of - but from the screenshots I've seen so far in this thread, it cetrainly does not look like I expected. I'm sure that I followed the installation procedure to the letter, also checked the video to make sure, deleted everything and tried again. Reduced Gamma to 0.5. But still it looks like the pics below (Radeon R9 280X 3GB) Did I do something wrong? Any ideas? Thanks a lot Archer
Hi there Archer, Thank you for taking the time to write in regards of my work. I appreciate all feedback and yours is no different. I would like to help you but I don't seem to find anything wrong with your screenshots. Please, describe to me what the problem is so that I can help you in an efficient manner. You seem to have done everything correctly and I really appreciate that you went through the entire post before commenting. I can only recommend that you try different maps and different hours of the day so that you can appreciate the flaws and strong points of the preset by yourself. In any case, remember that you are free to experiment with the settings and upload your own preset whenever you want. I would love to see a new one on the forums. Please excuse the time it took me to reply. I have been very busy but every few days I have a look to my messages. Thanks.
Hello Cessni, Thank you for your reply. Well if that's the way it is supposed to look, most likely I'm the problem For my taste the effect is very strong. Everything appears extremely bright and lacks contrast. The colors are also not really to my taste and are too undefined and artificial. So I guess it is just a matter of taste. But thank you for your permission to play around with the settings. I will do that. Best wishes Archer
Thanks for the mod, not only does it make the game look great af, it also makes the Performance Warning menu look weird.
